Shipping Policy

Surf Halo aims to ship all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and national holidays in Australia).

Shipping Within Australia

  • Standard Shipping: AUD$10 AUD | 3-8 business days
  • Express Shipping: AUD$15 AUD | 1-3 business days

Shipping Unites States - We will start shipping locally from United States Warehouse mid-June 2026

  • Standard Shipping: USD $7 | 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: USD $10 | 2–5 business days

Shipping to New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: AUD$15 AUD | 7-15 business days
  • Express Shipping: AUD$30 AUD | 5-8 business days

Japan Shipping 

  • Standard Shipping AUD$18 | 7-10 business days (average delivery time) No taxes are collected for deliveries in Japan. 

Worldwide International Shipping (Excluding United States & Australia)

  • Standard Shipping AUD$25 | 5-10 business days - depending on location and local customs timelines
  • Express shipping available depending on location 
  • Due to global air freight disruptions, we are temporarily unable to ship to some regions. We’re working to restore this as soon as possible, this include the following countries:  Israel, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq

 

All orders ship via Australia Post with tracking provided.

Customs & Duties (excluding United States & Australia): Surf Halo is not responsible for any international customs duties or taxes. Please check your local regulations before ordering.


Exchanges Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for full-priced, unworn items with tags intact.

  • Customers cover return shipping.
  • Items that are worn, dirty, or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns for change of mind on all products provided they are unworn, in original condition, and returned within 30 days of purchase.

If an item is faulty or damaged, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Please allow up to 5-8 business days for funds to appear after we receive your return.

Important Notes

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Use a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
  • Surf Halo does not cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Once an order is signed for, it is considered delivered, and we are not liable for lost or stolen goods.

International Duties & Customs Charges (excluding Unites States & Australia)

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which vary by country. These charges are determined by your local customs office, and Surf halo is not responsible for any additional fees.
