1. Lift the sweatband

Gently lift the neoprene sweatband inside the hat to create space for the shell.

2. Position the shell

Place the inner shell inside the hat with the solid side facing the front and the cut-out section aligned with the label at the back of the hat. Make sure the bottom edge of the shell lines up with the hat brim.

3. Insert the shell

Press the inner shell into place, making sure it sits evenly and securely inside the hat.

4. Secure the fit

Pull the neoprene sweatband back down over the shell to hold it firmly in position.
